PT Mipcon Prima Industri Strengthens Project Oversight through Management Walkthrough at CPP Senoro

Project success is not solely determined by technical capability and execution excellence, but also by active management involvement in ensuring that every activity is carried out in accordance with established standards. MIPCON Group believes that effective communication, consistent supervision, and a strong safety culture are essential factors in achieving sustainable project performance.

As part of this commitment, PT Mipcon Prima Industri (MPI) conducted a Management Walkthrough (MWT) Job Tomori for the CPP Senoro Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Services and CPP Senoro Mechanical Services projects at the Central Processing Plant (CPP) Senoro, operated by JOB Pertamina – Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. The walkthrough was carried out on June 19, 2026 for the Electrical & Instrumentation scope and June 20, 2026 for the Mechanical scope.

The Management Walkthrough involved MPI management representatives together with the project team, including Project Managers, Supervisors, HSE personnel, and field workers. Through this site visit, management directly observed project activities while ensuring that safety, quality, and compliance standards were consistently implemented throughout the execution of the work.

“Management presence in the field reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a safe, high-quality, and productive working environment.”

The walkthrough focused on several key aspects, including:

  • Work Execution Monitoring: Conducting direct observations of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities to ensure that work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and objectives.
  • Strengthening Safety Culture: Reviewing the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site while reinforcing workforce awareness of the importance of safety in every work activity.
  • Quality and Compliance Evaluation: Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with established procedures, technical specifications, and quality requirements to support operational reliability.
  • Team Engagement and Communication: Encouraging effective communication between management and project personnel through direct discussions regarding challenges, operational needs, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

MIPCON’s commitment to workplace safety is also reflected in the project’s positive HSE performance. As of the Management Walkthrough, the JOB Pertamina – Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi project has achieved 753 consecutive days without a work-related accident (Zero Accident), totaling 86.140 safe man-hours. This achievement is the result of strong collaboration among all project personnel in maintaining safety awareness, adhering to work procedures, and consistently implementing HSE standards throughout project execution.
