PT Mipcon Prima Industri Strengthens Project Oversight through Management Walkthrough with GM JOB Tomori at CPP Senoro
The successful execution of a project is determined not only by technical readiness, but also by management oversight and involvement in ensuring that every activity is carried out in accordance with established standards. On July 16, 2026, PT Mipcon Prima Industri participated in a Management Walkthrough (MWT) with the GM of JOB Pertamina-Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi at the Central Processing Plant (CPP) Senoro, Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. The walkthrough covered the Jetty area and BSS-MIPCON Workshop as part of the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical work activities.
The MWT was conducted through direct observation of the work areas and ongoing activities, accompanied by communication between management and the project team. This interaction provided an opportunity to understand the actual field conditions while ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects remained an integral part of project execution.

Management’s presence in the work areas provided an opportunity to establish a shared understanding of project conditions while maintaining effective coordination among the parties involved.
