PT Mipcon Prima Industri Initiates RDMP RU V Balikpapan Project through Kick-Off Meeting for Piping & Mechanical Works

As part of this initial step, PT Mipcon Prima Industri, together with PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan, conducted a Kick-Off Meeting for the Reinforcement Manpower Closing Punch & ITR Piping Mechanical Non 1st Priority Unit – Area 2 project on April 14, 2026, at the NSO of PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This activity marked the commencement of piping and mechanical works for the RDMP RU V Balikpapan project.
The meeting involved the project team of PT Mipcon Prima Industri, consisting of project management, HSE, QA/QC, Project Control, and field operational personnel, along with representatives from PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan as the client. This moment served as a platform to align understanding regarding the project scope, execution strategy, and team readiness for the upcoming phases.

The implementation of this activity focused on several key aspects, including:
- Scope of Work Alignment: Providing a comprehensive overview of the project and its scope of work to ensure all teams share a clear understanding of project targets and deliverables.

- HSE and Quality Standards Implementation: Reinforcing commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, along with quality control systems as top priorities in every stage of work.
- Progress Monitoring and Project Control: Discussing monitoring mechanisms to ensure project execution stays on track, on schedule, and in line with established standards.
