PT Mipcon Prima Industri and PT Pertamina Patra Niaga RU II Dumai Hold Joint Kick-Off Meeting for Turn Around (TA) 2025 Project
The success of a Turn Around (TA) project is not only determined by the quality of execution, but also by team readiness and strong coordination from the early stages. MIPCON Group believes that strategic alignment and shared commitment are essential foundations to ensure optimal project execution.
As part of this preparation, PT Mipcon Prima Industri, in collaboration with PT Pertamina Patra Niaga RU II Dumai, held a Joint Kick-Off Meeting on February 12, 2026, at Hotel Pangeran, Pekanbaru.
This activity marks the initial step in the implementation of the Turn Around (TA) 2025 project, which includes Changed Out Catalyst Unit 211-V-1, 2 & 3 Area HCC, Replacement Pigtail & COC Reformer 712-H-1, Partial Retubing Convection, and Repair Stack 701/702-H-1.
The meeting involved teams from both parties and served as an important momentum to align work plans, strengthen team coordination, and ensure readiness for the upcoming field execution phases.
