MIPCON Group Strengthens Team Cohesion through Fun Hiking Papandayan 2026
Togetherness is not only built within the workplace, but also through shared experiences beyond daily routines. MIPCON Group believes that moments of togetherness in a different setting can strengthen relationships among individuals and enhance team cohesion.
As part of this initiative, MIPCON Group organized the Fun Hiking Papandayan Mipconers 2026, held from April 10–12, 2026, at Mount Papandayan, Garut, West Java. The activity was attended by Mipconers as a way to strengthen bonds while refreshing their spirit through outdoor activities.
Through this journey, Mipconers not only enjoyed the natural beauty of Papandayan but also built closer connections through more relaxed and meaningful interactions. Each step taken together became part of a shared experience that fostered stronger unity.

All activities were carried out with a strong emphasis on safety, team coordination, and effective communication to ensure that the entire program ran smoothly, safely, and in an orderly manner.
Beyond being a refreshing experience, this activity also provided an opportunity for Mipconers to get to know each other better, strengthen synergy, and build a positive sense of togetherness.
