MIPCON Group Strengthens Strategy and Synergy through the 2026 Work Meeting: Sustaining Excellence and Adaptive Capacity
Sustainable business performance is not solely determined by past achievements, but also by the ability to adapt and strategically plan for the future. MIPCON Group believes that aligning vision, evaluating performance, and strengthening internal collaboration are essential foundations for maintaining sustainable growth.
As part of this strategic initiative, MIPCON Group held its 2026 Work Meeting under the theme “Sustaining Excellence and Adaptive Capacity” from January 8–10, 2026, at ARTOTEL Pelangi Park. The event was attended by the Board of Directors, management, and Mipconers from the Head Office as an initial momentum to align the company’s direction and targets for the year ahead.
The work meeting served as a forum to evaluate the previous year’s performance while establishing strategic objectives and work targets for 2026. In addition, the event aimed to synchronize efforts across all entities within MIPCON Group in order to strengthen synergy and improve operational effectiveness.
Throughout the three-day event, the agenda was structured through various sessions, starting from opening remarks by the Board of Directors and Commissioners, followed by work program presentations from divisions including Marketing and Business Development, Operation, Engineering, Finance, HSE, HRD, Procurement, Legal, and Corporate Control. Each session became a constructive discussion platform to evaluate achievements and formulate more adaptive and measurable work plans.

In addition to presentation and discussion sessions, the event also featured supporting activities such as ice breaking sessions, project simulations, and the signing of performance target agreements as a form of shared commitment. On the final day, a team building session concluded the event by strengthening togetherness and solidarity among Mipconers.
In its implementation, Raker 2026 focused on several key aspects, including:
- Performance Evaluation and Achievement Review: Reviewing the previous year’s performance results as the foundation for developing more effective and focused strategies.
- 2026 Target and Strategy Alignment: Formulating work plans and company targets through an adaptive approach toward industry dynamics.
- Strengthening Interdepartmental Synergy: Building stronger coordination among departments to improve the effectiveness of program execution.
- Commitment to Sustainable Performance: Through the signing of performance target agreements as a form of alignment and shared accountability.
