PT Mipcon Prima Industri Strengthens Safety Culture through Safety Behaviour Workshop for RDMP RU V Balikpapan Project
Project success is not only defined by technical readiness and coordination, but also by consistent safety behaviour demonstrated by every individual. MIPCON Group believes that a strong safety culture is the foundation for ensuring that every activity is carried out safely, with discipline, and in a sustainable manner.
As part of the RDMP RU V Balikpapan project execution, PT Mipcon Prima Industri conducted the Workshop Safety Behaviour – Project Reinforcement Manpower Closing Punch & ITR Piping Mechanical Non 1st Priority Unit – Area 2 Tahun 2026 on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Gedung Serba Guna, Batu Ampar.
The workshop was initiated by the HSE team of MIPCON Group and attended by project manpower, in collaboration with PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan, as part of a joint commitment to strengthening the implementation of safety culture within the project environment.
Through this workshop, participants gained a deeper understanding of the importance of safety behaviour in daily work activities. Beyond procedures, the session emphasized the role of each individual in building awareness, discipline, and accountability toward personal and team safety.

The workshop focused on several key aspects, including:
- Enhancing Safety Behaviour Awareness: Providing insight into the importance of safety behaviour as an integral part of daily project activities.
- Alignment of HSE Standards: Ensuring a unified understanding among MIPCON Group project personnel regarding the consistent implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Strengthening Safety Culture on Site: Encouraging consistent application of safety behaviour in all work activities to minimize risks and potential incidents.
This initiative plays a crucial role in ensuring that all personnel not only understand procedures but are also able to consistently apply safe behaviours in their daily operations.
