INTEGRATED VACUUM CATALYST SYSTEM
Our Integrated Vacuum Catalyst System is more free dust and safe for environment when it comes to unloading catalyst and cleaning reactors, it is what makes our company more superior than other local. It consist of Power Pack Engine Diesel Vacuum, Cyclone Hopper (for bagging catalyst and other solid type material), Dust Collector (for capture dust/ fine particles), Cooler as a heat exchanger from Nitrogen sucked by the Vacuum machine (The cooler is able to decrease the nitrogen temperature from 50°C to 40°C. Nitrogen circulates in a close loop so that the temperature in the reactor is well maintained and nitrogen is used more efficiently because nothing is wasted), Loading Hopper (as media transfer container for loading activity), and Loading Funnel (catalyst material container),
